How To Order
All Pricing shown is Suggested List Price
Registered Dealers
If you are a registered dealer, upon placing an order you will be required to give us your Customer #, password and
purchase order number. You will receive an E-mail confirmation immediately and the following business day a fax
confirmation verifying cost and ship date.
Not registered as a Dealer Yet
If you are interested in becoming a Shuster's registered website dealer, please contact Terri Roble at 1-800-735-6966 ext. 3148.
General Users
If you are a general user, you will be required to give us your name, address and E-mail. Because Shuster's Building
Components is primarily a wholesale manufacturer, we do ask that you select one of our preferred dealers. If you do
not see one in your area, you may select to have a SBC representative contact you. Either way, you will receive a
personal contact regarding your purchase within 1 business day.

HOW TO ORDER EXTERIOR DOORS
(It is important in processing your order that selections for each area are checked)
| Step 1: |
First Choose the Door Type required.
I.E.: Smooth Steel, Stainable Steel, Smooth Fiberglass, Textured Fiberglass, etc.

| Step 2: |
Select the Series of Door required.
I.E.: Artek, Oakcraft, Timberline Woodgrain (Fiberglass), Timberline Smooth (Fiberglass), etc.
Once you Select the Type of door, you will be given the list of available sizes and heights for that door option.

| Step 3: |
Select the Glass Type of Door required.
I.E.: Aspen, Providence, Williamsburg, St. Louis, etc.
Note: After you select the glass type, a list of available doors will be displayed.

| Step 4: |
Next determine the size of the door you require.
(Width and Height)

| Step 5: |
Review the list of available Jamb Species and make your selection. |
| Step 6: |
Select your Jamb Width |
| Step 7: |
Select the NEXT button
(the NEXT button will provide you with remaining selections for Sidelights, Transoms, Casing and Hardware options.) |

Select your Quantity desired and proceed to Add to Order. |
Once your review your order you can: Proceed to Check out, Order Similar Products, Submit your order to
Shuster's or Simply Print your order out and take it to the closest dealer. (See Dealer
Locator for the Dealer nearest you).
HOW TO ORDER INTERIOR DOORS
(It is important in processing your order that selections for each area are checked)

First Choose the Door Style required.
I.E.: Cased Opening, Flush, Molded, or Stile & Rail

Select the Type of Door required.
I.E.: Single Prehung, French Opening, Bypass Prehung, etc.
Note: Once you Select the Type of door you will be given the list of available sizes and heights for that door option.

Next determine the size of the door you require.
(Width and Height)

| Step 4: |
Review the list of available Jamb Species and make your selection. |
| Step 5: |
Select your Jamb Width |
| Step 6: |
Select the NEXT button
(the NEXT button will provide you with remaining selections for Casing and Hardware options.)

Select from the Available Casing options, specify 1 or 2 sided or no casing and if it is to be Loose or Applied. |
| Step 8: |
Select your Quantity desired and proceed to Add to Order. |
Once your review your order you can: Proceed to Check out, Order Similar Products, Submit your order to Shusters
or Simply Print your order out and take it to the closest dealer. (See Dealer Locator
for the Dealer nearest you).
HOW TO ORDER STAIR PARTS
(It is important in processing your order that selections for each area are checked)

First Choose the Category Required.
I.E.: Balluster, Built-Up-Stair, Newel, Post to Post, etc.

Select the Product Required.
I.E.: 2011, 20158, 2111, 505, etc.

Select the Species Type Required.
I.E.: Primed, Poplar, Beech, Oak, etc.
Note: After selecting the product type, a list of sizes will be displayed.

Select your Quantity desired and proceed to Add to Order. |
