A cased opening frame is similar to a 1-pc flat interior jamb only without door stops. It is primarily used in conjunction with bifold and bipass doors.

Flush Doors

Doors consisting of flat veneer or hardboard door skin applied to both faces of door. This type of door is constructed using an internal stile/rail and a core.

Flush Doors may be hollow core, consisting of a honeycomb corrugated cell core or solid core with a core being either particle board or weight reducing “Safe & Sound” fiber core.

Flush Door are available in a wide range of wood species, most commonly in rotary birch, plain sliced red oak as true wood veneers, prefinished embossed hardboard or primed hardboard for a painted finish.

These doors are of the raised panel type using and engineered wood core with true wood veneers on all exposed surfaces.

Stile and Rail Doors are available in a wide variety of designs some of the most common being six panel, four panel, two panel and louvered.

In addition to design they are also available in a wide range of wood species such as red oak, white pine, poplar, cherry and maple.
